The Modern Botanical Sampler is on QuiltInk, and this one is special. Sixteen quilt pattern designers each created a botanical block, with techniques ranging from applique to foundation paper piecing, curves, improv and more, so it’s a proper skill builder from confident beginner to intermediate.
Over 45 mock-ups have already been shared on the QuiltInk Wall and you’ll find them all in this post, because seeing them side by side is the best way to understand how completely the mood of this sampler changes with color.
And here’s what I’m most excited about: this pattern includes a layout with our brand new block rearrange feature. You can color the blocks AND move them around to build your own layout, so your sampler really becomes yours before you ever cut fabric.
